It was a week filled with planes, trains and automobiles!! And of course, Mimi and Papa! Last week, we went to the airport and this time we actually flew on an airplane! The airplane flew us to Chicago where we visited Mimi and Papa. We had lots of fun - walking to the park, playing at the beach, chasing the cat Bonnie, seeing lots of big water (and flowers) at the Botanic Garden, watching trains go fast, visiting Mommy's friends and going to the city to look at big buildings and see where Mimi and Papa are moving. Daddy even came on the weekend to join us! Taking trips is a lot of fun and I learned so much - I hope that we do more traveling as a family.

I liked Mimi and Papa's house, despite the fact that there wasn't much furniture in it. We could run around, look out the big front window, play in the backyard and experience different bathrooms. It's too bad Mimi and Papa are leaving their house, but the new place they are going to live was pretty darn nice! Mommy and Mimi took me on the train downtown and when we got there we took a bus. After the bus we went up an elevator into a big building and got to see out over a big lake! After that, we took a walk over to Navy Pier for dinner. I had so much fun - and it was a perfect end to a great week!
